What is 2X.TRAINING

2X.TRAINING™ is an approach that Dana fine-tuned over the years.

Effective total body strength training twice weekly gets it done.

Training sessions are 50-minutes and include a dynamic warm-up, core work, targeted mobility movements, upper and lower body balanced strength training, and client focused auxiliary exercises.

Training programs and sessions are personalized to your strength and ability.

Strength tools typically used include dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells and specialized tools.
