With Precision Power Golf (PPG) we specialize in the physiology of the mid-life golfer. Trying to force aggressive training or relying on generic fitness apps often leads to burnout, back tweaks, and inconsistent ball striking.

What is pPG
The first step is the Golf Body Check where we assess your mobility and structural limitations, strength, and swing speed potential. The cost of this 50-minute analysis is $98 and can be applied to the 90-Day PPG program.
The 90-Day Precision Power Golf program is a comprehensive targeted approach and includes:
Mobility Work: At the beginning of each training session, and based on your Golf Body Check, we spend a few minutes to address any structural limitations identified.
Precision Resistance: Using the Landmine training device we will load the hips and legs through a fixed safe arc. This arrests muscle loss and builds swing power while explicitly protecting the lower back from shear force.
Rotational Force: Speed without stability is not efficient. We use the Torque Trainer and Tidal Tank devices to focus on “anti-rotation”, teaching your body to control force and ensure a safe and injury free power transfer swing.
Overspeed Discovery: As you progress with your training, we un-govern your swing engine with the SuperSpeed Golf system. After establishing a strength foundation, we safely retrain your brain for higher swing velocity and distance gains.
