Programs tailored to the specific developmental stage of 13-17 year-olds, ensuring safe and progressive driven training.
Foundational strength increases speed, power and change-of-direction ability.
Enhanced injury prevention improves joint stability and supports movement patterns that reduce risk.
Improved mental fitness and focus supports competitive game pressure situations.
Semi-private training for a maximum of 6 participants to ensure quality coaching.
Training offered Mon and Thu from 6:30pm to 8pm with Wed as a make-up day,
Open format allows participants to arrive anywhere between 6:30 and 7:15pm to get their training in.
