What is 2X.TRAINING
2X.TRAINING™ is an approach that Dana has fine-tuned over the years.
Effective total body strength training twice weekly gets it done.
Training programs and sessions are personalized to your strength and ability.
Strength tools used include dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, and a barbell.
The primary strength path that we will move towards and monitor is barbell training.
We’ll also do some core work and throw in some mobility exercises.
