More than likely yes... but let’s clarify that a bit. Many people can benefit from 2X.TRAINING... from those wanting to enhance their overall fitness and health...to those that want to improve body composition... to those that want to get stronger for any physical activity or sport.

The primary benefit of 2X.TRAINING is its efficiency and effectiveness...coupled with its minimal equipment requirements that make it very portable and space saving. The A.R.T. methodology is also very safe and requires minimal training time to experience the benefits. It can also be coupled with other training approaches.

A.R.T. is a super effective and efficient way to enhance muscle development. It involves a two-step process that stimulates and accelerates muscle fiber recruitment... this is where the Ignitor-Strap™ comes into play. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym weekly to get results... or beat yourself up with multiple sets and reps weight training.

That’s a great question... let’s give Dr. Gabrielle Lyon a shout out for her Muscle-Centric Medicine® approach. If you haven’t read her book Forever Strong... it’s highly recommended. In a nutshell... Dr. Lyon refers to muscle as the largest organ in our body. Most of us think about muscle in terms of movement, strength and body composition... but it also has many important metabolic functions that support physical and mental wellbeing and vitality. This is why you want to participate in some form of load bearing or resistance training exercise like 2X.TRAINING.

This is not a concern for 2X.TRAINING or any other form of weight training. Bulking up is not an issue for women as their hormones do not support this type of muscle growth... but resistance training is a great way to lean up... as well as support healthy bone structure. And certainly women will benefit metabolically from a muscle centric approach... again... consider Dr Lyon’s book Forever Strong to learn more.

The Get-Started package incudes everything you need... and the Your Way program applies the Ignitor-Strap™ that is intended to be used with resistance training equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, barbells or gym machines that you already have access to.

Dana’s favorite way to complete 2X.TRAINING is the 12-minute daily workout..and it’s probably a great fit for most of us busy people. With the 12-minute daily training you complete one 2X.TRAINING foundational movement pattern combined with a core or lower extremity exercise. If you miss a day... you just pick up the following day where you left... it’s simple. Dana really enjoys the daily brief workout and appreciates how positive it makes him feel.
The other 2X.TRAINING approach would be to train twice weekly with 2 days recovery between... typically the twice weekly training requires about 25-minutes per session.... so it’s still very efficient. Training schedules are addressed within both the Get-Started package as well as the Your Way program... you can decide what works best for you.

Of course this is a tough question... but yet it’s not. If you apply 2X.TRAINING as guided with consistency you will get results... especially if you combine it with a real food based way of eating. Certainly genetics and your current body composition will play into your personal results... but let me stop beating around the bush. You can see and feel the results in as little as 6 weeks with consistent 2X.TRAINING... and part of the magic of 2X.TRAINING is its efficiency which encourages consistency... unlike other time consuming gym workouts and weight training approaches.

If you are eating the standard American diet (SAD)... you should seriously consider a real whole food approach to eating any way... your health and vitality depend on it. But yes... if you alter your diet to emphasize healthy protein and fat... minimize carbohydrates and sugar... you most likely will experience a significant increase in your results. Nutrition and eating are addressed in the 2X.TRAINING personal training services as well as the Your Way program...and it’s not complicated.

Absolutely... but let’s apply some good ole common sense. There are a couple of things to consider... do you have any health issues... do you have any injuries or mobility challenges... and how deconditioned you might be is also a factor. That said...2X.TRAINING is highly adaptive... and if you do have any issues the Get-Started package and virtual personal training may be the best choice.
It is recommended that you consult with your medical service provider before you start any fitness or resistance training exercise program.

Muscle Master is a stand-alone program that includes the Ignitor-Strap™ and an E-Guide pdf. It emphasizes the first step of 2X.TRAINING which is the isometric static hold. Although the complete two step method promoted under 2X.TRAINING is the preferred approach, employing the first resistance training step with the Ignitor-Strap™ is certainly effective. Muscle Master can also be seen as an efficient training alternative that provides ultra portability. Please note that Dana does offer zoom personal training it you need a bit more coaching with Muscle Master.
