To qualify for 2X.TRAINING Your Way, you’ll need to complete the Get Started program.

Everyone starts with the Get Started program to get acquainted with 2X.TRAINING and how to properly apply the Ignitor-Strap™.

But once you do… you are ready to learn how to train Your Way and you’ll have your 2X.TRAINING kit!

Your Way coaching includes…

Four 30-minute zoom personal training sessions consisting of:

  • The 2X.TRAINING method

  • Use of the Ignitor-Strap™ and A.R.T.

  • Brief dynamic warm-up

  • Foundational movement patterns

    • Vertical Push

    • Horizontal Pull

    • Horizontal Push

    • Vertical Pull

  • Core exercise or squat

  • Proper tension & focus

  • Suggested training frequency

  1. The 2X.TRAINING Your Way program is intended for those that want to train on their own and are familiar with resistance training.

  2. Your Way assumes you have access to equipment like dumbbells, barbell, resistance bands or gym machines, and of course your own bodyweight.

    If you don’t have access to other training equipment, you can use the silicone resistance bands included with the Get Started kit. (See the Get Started page for details.)

  3. 2X.TRAINING Your Way shows you how to use the Ignitor-Strap™ so that you can get better results from your current weight lifting efforts.

  4. Reminder… you’ll need to complete the Get Started program so you’ll be ready to 2X.TRAIN Your Way.
